‘i am all the answers in between’ is a multimedia installation that explores our pluralistic identities and interconnectedness with nature. It rejects the notion of a pure individual and instead celebrates our identity as a holobiont. I have translated the imagery of the lichenóa holobiont inhabited by algae, fungus, and bacteriaóinto both latex and 3D-rendered animation. Glass fiber is arranged like a root network
throughout the entire room, symbolizing the synapses of my own brain as a mycelium. The accompanying sound piece serves to connect the synapses of my brain to the intricate web of society and nature.
